VDoc uses both extensions and back-office execution scripts to let companies associated these disparate systems with the processes to automate and optimise their performances and productivity.

It's possible to define different kinds of connections to external data. These connections can be of different categories, i.e. Database, Messaging, Social, etc.
A connection category can contain different connection types, i.e. a Database connection can be of SQL Server type, MySQL type, Oracle type, etc.
